Then, in the context of a mutually respectful relationship, we can discuss how barriers may have developed and how we can resolve these so you can live the live you want and deserve. I integrate therapeutic interventions to meet your unique needs, including psychodynamic, EMDR, cognitive, behavioral, mindfulness, motivational, DBT skills, relapse prevention, and other approaches.
As an experienced, EMDRIA-Accredited Certified Therapist and Approved Consultant, I provide the highest quality EMDR therapy to help resolve your symptoms at the roots.
