My name is Eileen Leveckis, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Santa Rosa. I support adolescents, adults, and families in finding their own path to personal growth, self-discovery, and healing. I work with individuals who are anxious, depressed, lonely, or simply overwhelmed by a life transition or event to help them access their intrinsic ability to heal and find their own inner strength.
I work with clients whose past ways of coping with stress and life transitions no longer serve them, whether they have become depressed, anxious, overwhelmed, or have addiction and substance use issues. I support clients in navigating various life circumstances, whether it be relationship concerns, financial or work challenges, and trauma.
I might ask you about what has been challenging for you recently, and do a lot of listening about how you have been feeling about it to get a better understanding of how we would work together. My goal during the first session is simply to begin building a sense of connection between us, and build a foundation of trust to work from.
