She is looking forward to building connections with her clients and providing them a space where their voices can be heard and uplifted, can be seen, and they can be understood.
I have worked extensively with youth, adolescents, and families in Montana providing art and play based therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, nervous system work with an emphasis in polyvagal theory, and EFT. She is excited to provide support and healing to clients through these various therapeutic lens.
