I have been privileged to guide people through complex medical situations, terminal illnesses, chronic illness, trauma and addiction. Helping people navigate life’s transitions is the core of my practice. I utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions; no two clients are the same. I often use CBT, DBT, Integrative Therapy, Mindfulness, and Humor!
You don’t have to do this on your own! I will provide the space necessary to explore whatever life has thrown your way. I provide therapy services in the office or through Telehealth and primarily serve the northern areas of Chicago - Evanston, Wilmette, Glencoe, Glenview, Highland Park, Skokie, Northbrook, Winnetka, and Des Plaines.
