As a therapist my purpose is to guide, motivate, and empower clients to become a better version of themselves. My work is to facilitate positive changes and to elicit inner personal growth for those I help. As a clinician, I assist clients in being more self aware, managing emotions, and learning how to cope with life issues. I also address thought patterns and behaviors to increase insight. I use solution focused and cognitive-behavioral therapeutic techniques to achieve this. I'm passionate about helping people, and am determined to ensure that my clients experience a respectful, safe, fun, and caring environment with me.

I consider my niche to be individual and couples therapy. I am also a Master's level Certified Addiction Professional and specialize in addictions of all kinds, but particularly enjoy working with those struggling with substance abuse. For clients who are interested in incorporating a more spiritual component of therapy, I also offer bible based counseling.
