As a first generation Latina and trauma sensitive therapist, I create a safe therapeutic space to help my clients work through symptoms of depression, anxiety, PTSD and complex traumas they may feel are standing in the way of becoming their best selves.
I am passionate about the healing process, whether its healing from past traumas, navigating life as a first generation college student, parenting, or managing the stress that comes with building a career and family. Its important for me to use a culturally sensitive perspective, humanistic and empathetic approach.
