I love helping women of all ages—kids, teens, moms, career-minded, or family-oriented. As a practitioner of yoga and meditation, I come with a body-mind perspective that looks at your (w)holistic health. We will explore your relationship health as well as how you’re using both body/mind to maximize your healing in order to grow beyond "dis-ease" to realize your fullest well-being.
