My passion is to help you to experience 1) hope, in circumstances that feel hopeless, 2) change, in your mind/life in a positive direction, and 3) peace, through positive coping.
I provide a comfortable, compassionate, empathetic, and safe environment for your healing, growth, and success. Every aspect of your life is important to me. Together, goals are set, and progress is celebrated! My approach is eclectic, using evidence-based techniques. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Reality Therapy.
