I have been a therapist in the community for over 23 years. I focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and use other therapeutic interventions, as needed. I have developed a focus on general mental health and substance use disorders including Domestic Violence. The ages I work with is between 9 yrs old on up for individual, couples and family therapy.
