I utilize an array of approaches and offer tools that can help address current concerns. Additionally, this allows for us to explore the roots of life's challenges. I see our relationship as a dyad of mutual trust that serves as the vessel for our work. Using an attachment framework, informed by my fellowship at the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy + Psychoanalysis (ICP+P), I hope to bring a sense of safety, connection, compassion, and acceptance. For some of us, childhood wasn't easy. I have specialized training in helping adults heal the pain from not getting what we needed as children, so you can have better relationships with your kids, partners, friends and extended family. My background includes helping with eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief and loss.
