I provide professional clinical counseling from a Christian worldview throughout Maryland and Connecticut. I address a variety of struggles such anxiety, depression, fear, anger, grief, loss and feelings of hopelessness. I help clients with trauma histories, and early attachment difficulties that keep them from forming meaningful and mutually edifying relationships with family or friends. Counseling can be somewhat nerve racking in the beginning, but I hope to offer a safe and trusting relationship to help think through and face the difficulties of life with the hope of Christ.
My practice motto is "Renewing Hope, Strengthening Families, No Matter the Challenge". As a Christian counselor, I believe we can face any and all problems of daily living because Jesus Christ rose from the dead. My aim as a counselor is to walk alongside you pointing you to Christ and using biblical wisdom to support you in your day-to-day struggles.
I want all my clients to feel comfortable, confident and safe that counseling with me is the right choice.
