I also work with individuals who have experienced trauma (recent, adult hood or childhood). In addition to working with the above I also work with athletes and leaders of organization and CEOs of various companies who looking to improve their performance and also improve their personal lives. I will help you learn tools and skills that will help you work through the pain of violations of love and trust which lead to the storms that reap havoc in you, and in your relationships. We will work on healing the pain caused in your current relationship, past relationships or events.

This group will cover how in our romantic relationships, we can often become entangled in a series of negative conflict cycles that flare up our defense mechanisms & pit us against our partner. We will learn how to recognize destructive cycles, & importantly, how to transform it into a positive cycle of growth & connection.
