Do you ever hear yourself asking, how did this get so bad? Nothing I do helps. For 32 years I've helped people improve their relationships with themselves and others. We'll work on communication skills, breaking old patterns, improving connections. I provide 90 minute sessions to help integrate the work. I have a background with personality issues, addictions and as a Marriage and Family therapist I am able to see the whole system and provide the support you'll need for effective change. Being body centered I'll show you how to access your physiology, expand your capacity, creating less stress in your life.
I am a warm and empathetic individual. The feedback I often receive is that I am insightful and nonjudgemental with just the right amount of push when necessary. I have a deep belief that wounds can heal and that with the right amount of support we can shift old patterns.
I have a deep understanding of trauma and how it affects the brain. This can also affect attachment issues that keep us from forming closer bonds. I have tools that help calm the nervous system and create more space inside of us so that we can expand our awareness.
