My goal is to support your journey towards coping, healing, and growing through an integration of talk and art therapy services. I am a queer and neurodivergent affirming, fat positive, and BIPOC ally clinician. I have a passion and specialized experience in working with peoples with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, physical disabilities, parents, therapists, and other care providers.
I provide guided breath work, reflection, and concrete strategies to integrate into your life outside of the therapy space. I can also offer creative prompts, art material exploration, and structured art projects based on your interests and experience that encourage relaxation and reflection as well as build social and relational skills.
If your seeking to support to cope with day to day stressors, adjust to changes, build skills to manage your mental health, dismantle the impact of systemic oppression, or live more authentically and empowered, I am here to help! I practice from a client-centered, trauma informed care, harm reduction, and feminist lens.
