Do you feel overwhelmed as you navigate adulthood? I am a dedicated Licensed Independent Social Worker who has helped many individuals in therapeutic settings to manage their mental health, explore their identity, and increase their self-esteem. Many adults are still adjusting to a post-pandemic world and are experiencing depression, anxiety, and loneliness. I enjoy working with adults of all ages and specialize in helping young adults with unique challenges – entering college, launching a career, financial concerns, relationships, etc.
I use evidence-based interventions of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help with understanding thinking patterns, processing emotions, and developing effective coping skills. My nonjudgmental and supportive approach allows clients to explore their emotions, values/beliefs, identity and find self-compassion.
