I am extremely passionate about mental health. I enjoy uncovering ways to support, encourage and improve an individual’s well-being and quality of life in any aspect or form. I tailor my therapeutic approach to the individual needs of each person. I tend to view individuals holistically and believe they flourish when feeling a sense of belonging, validation, and encouragement. I enjoy creating a safe, calm welcoming environment for individuals to explore various topics and concerns where they clients can explore, heal and grow.
I believe every individual can be creative and express themselves through various forms and avenues of their choosing. In doing so, individuals can tap into intrinsic emotions, feelings and perceptions that are not always easily verbalized. Anyone can create art and be creative, you don’t have to be a “good” artist to begin art therapy.
When not in session, I enjoy traveling, hiking, reading, watching a tv series, listening to music, being creating and spending time with loved ones.
