I do my best to encourage clients to embrace truths that will move them into a more peaceful existence. Being willing to explore one's self is a brave act that deserves honor and respect. I also enjoy group experiences as I have observed our nature to encourage one another in our process.
I enjoy working with others to provide a safe environment in which to explore risks that will bring about positive change. I often utilize therapy books in practice to gain alternate professional perspectives on disorders and symptoms.
