Hello, my name is Eden Marchant. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I have over 20 years of experience working with youth, families, and adults. I am passionate about helping people meet their desired goals, heal, and transform. I offer a variety of therapeutic approaches based on the needs of the client. These approaches include Psychodynamic, CBT, Mindfulness, Strength Based, and Future Focused. In collaboration with the client these approaches reduce or alleviate mental health symptoms, resolve personal issues, and positive changes in their life.
My areas of focus in practice are improving self-esteem, coping with trauma, adjusting to life transitions, parenting, and relationships, adjusting to divorce and separation, and reducing symptoms of depression and anxiety.
I realize one of the most important parts of therapy is the rapport one has with their therapist. My goal is to create a warm, open, authentic, and non-judgmental environment. I am interactive, collaborative, forward-moving, compassionate, empathetic, and direct, when appropriate.
