Feelings such as grief and loss, frustration and hopelessness can complicate all aspects of one's life. Navigating these specific challenges is overwhelming and answers can be hard to find. You do not have to suffer in silence. You are not alone. You can get through this with help. I have specialized training in maternal mental health, however this is not all that I do. I also work with clients who have a variety of challenges which includes depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and more. You want to feel like yourself again, you want to establish some balance and routine in your life.

I have worked with children and adolescents in the Department of Family & Children Services setting, adults with developmental disabilities, and in the hospital, setting helping patients with acute diagnosis. Serving women has become my specialty and passion.
