I’ve been committed to serving women and children in our community struggling with depression, trauma, and anxiety for several years now. My specialties include women's issues, self-esteem, trauma and PTSD. I’m also trained in Brainspotting, which assists clients with recovering from trauma by reducing the emotional intensity of painful memories.
