This is a psychoeducation and skills-building group for neurodivergent adults and adolescents who feel like they are burning too much energy in day-to-day life. The goal is for clients to leave feeling more familiar with their own processing needs and have the skills to build the most efficient tools to meet those needs. Session topics: Demystifying "Neurodivergence," Executive Functioning, Task Management, Sensory Budgeting, Setting Boundaries, Identifying Strengths, Self-care, Burnout, & more.
