I've worked with children and adults across many areas of need. I offer Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) assessments. I'm trained in (Cognitive Behavioral, Rational Emotive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral and Acceptance and Commitment Therapeutic approaches. With substance concerns there is support through Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Informed care and Psychological Debriefing techniques.
We will work together to unwrap what is concerning you and generate practical solutions you can use everyday. My office offers a comfortable and private environment to minimize distractions and help you focus on managing the maze and stop the cycle of difficulty your experiencing.
