Multiple evidence-based psychotherapies and healing practices make up my therapeutic approach, including EMDR Therapy, Expressive Arts Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, Somatic Psychology, and IFS-informed therapy (parts work). I use an integration of these approaches to support each person’s unique needs.
I have experience working with diverse populations, and take my role in creating a safe and supportive space very seriously.
