I am a Licensed Psychologist, and I have been practicing psychotherapy since 2003. I received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Millersville University, and I earned my Master's degree and Ph.D. from Temple University. Throughout my two decades of experience I have worked with clients across the lifespan, and from a multitude of backgrounds. My approach to psychotherapy is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Positive Psychology, but I strive to adjust my approach to meet each individual client where they are.
