Our approach to counseling is client-centered and also includes eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, attachment-based therapy, and CBT/DBT skill building. With experience working with diverse LGBTQIA+ populations, we provide insights and strategies tailored to your unique experiences.
