My clients want to alleviate distressing symptoms and/or free themselves from the trap of unhealthy interpersonal patterns. In my practice, common struggles clients experience include: anxiety, OCD, trauma, PTSD, depression, self-injury, impulsivity, personality disorders, an inability to stand up for themselves, and interpersonal difficulties. Many of the individuals I treat are mistrustful or feel unsafe in relationships.
In over 12 years of clinical practice I have been helping clients live happier, symptom-free lives. I utilize an integrative treatment approach incorporating CBT and psychodynamic therapy. Treatment is tailored to my clients’ needs and the modality that best resonates with them. My practice is culturally competent and LGBTIA affirming.
I provide a professional but warm space marked by unconditional acceptance, flexibility and humor where clients could feel free to be themselves without filtering.
