I am a trans therapist who works with queer and trans people in their mid-lives seeking to heal childhood trauma in order to strengthen their relationships with others. My work supports people to create lives that are vibrant and balanced. I use a holistic, relational, and collaborative style to work with you in shifting old patterns, to move from uncertainty to clarity, in yourself and in relation to others.
In my practice I use the Neuro-Affective Relational Model (NARM) to guide my work. NARM is a depth oriented therapeutic approach designed to work with developmental trauma and its effects on individuals. I am sex-positive, kink-aware, queer and trans affirmative, and welcoming to all non-traditional relationships and lifestyles.
