Groups
Independent Life Skills Group
This service will be available to youth that have demonstrated the need, maturity and commitment to participate in a weekly/ bi- monthly group of 4-6 youth at the Vicktory Life Office. The ILS Groups will provide the youth with a positive male role model. In addition, this service will provide group members with Life Skills Trainings; job interviewing/role play activities. Groups will also focus on character development to include anger & stress management training, conflict resolution and effective communication skills. Group facilitator will teach the youth how to be more self-sufficient and advocate for themselves.
