I love helping people move from pain and frustration to hope and new ways of living that work better. I work alongside you, to help you find your solutions, your strength, to make positive change happen in your life.
Stress and trauma touch all of our lives to varying degrees. I am trained in both Sensorimotor Psychotherapy as well as TIST, Trauma Informed Stabilization Treatment. This means that I use somatic methods to directly address how trauma shows up physically and mentally, as well as “parts work” to help untangle where you might get stuck.
