For the past 25 years we have been working with clients who struggle with anxiety and depression and I can tell you for certain two things: You are not alone and you do not need to suffer.
We provide a safe and comfortable environment to work with clients. Through a combination of psychodynamic approaches, cognitive behavioral techniques and mindfulness training, we will help you learn the importance of self care, how to use specific tools to reduce anxiety and depression, and how to live a happier life.
