Hello and thank you for visiting my page! Let me introduce myself - my name is Dustin Mays. I am a father to a teenage girl, fitness enthusiast, enjoy hiking, time with my family and friends, and connecting with nature! I've been in the mental health field for 12 years and have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults who are living with emotional, relationship and behavioral challenges, grief and trauma, as well as general life challenges. Whatever your unique reason is for seeking help, I'm confident that I can help!
I've worked in people's homes, community mental health centers, group homes, as well as corrections. Throughout these experiences I've developed a diverse approach to working with my clients and tailor your therapy to your needs. We work together to identify goals, talk about barriers and solutions, and develop skills and insight to get you there.
