My approach to counseling is client-centered, warm, and involves a collaborative style where I listen to my client and assume they are the expert in their own life.

I believe clients know deep down inside what is best for them, and I will work with you to reach your own answers. My approach assumes personal identities are inseparable in counseling treatment- please, help me understand you.
As a spiritual, gay, cisgender male born and raised in the Midwest, I know the challenges of navigating a world that does not always value who you are and what you believe in. My identities and experiences shaped my life path to pursue a meaningful career in helping others live better and more fulfilled lives. I am happy to embark on this journey with you.
