Everyone one of us wants our one life to be the best we can have. We want to experience as much happiness as we possibly can. We want good emotional health in our life. Talking with someone/therapy is something we can utilize to make us happier. I know this personally from talking with someone else/attending therapy and from being a therapist. My approach as a therapist is that you and I will join together, working for the goal(s) you have for yourself.
The issues, which often direct us to counseling, are depression, anxiety, anger, changes/transitions in life, conflict, existential questions, family relationships and marriage/partner relationships. I utilize aspects from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solution Focused Therapy (and others).
We will work together to reduce our negative experiences and increase our positive experiences/happiness, especially in these issues. I have training and education in counseling and spiritual issues with several years of both professional and personal experiences. All these provide the foundation which are shared with adults and teenagers seeking services.
