The relationship built, and techniques used are proven to increase quality of life in those suffering from emotional and cognitive (thinking) disturbances.

Despite the vast amounts of challenges that life may throw our way, I truly believe that mental flexibility and perseverance may be cultivated by anyone who would seek it. My client population includes children, adolescents and adults. I work with individuals as well as families. I facilitate numerous groups and skills training curriculum in various topics including adolescent first offenders, anger management, divorce and separation, parenting, and teen issues.

We deal with daily obstacles that challenge our ability to grow and develop balanced and healthy relationships. I know that we get "stuck" with our emotions and behaviors which could sometimes create distress for us and the ones we love.
