I strive to create an encouraging environment where you feel comfortable to talk openly and honestly, allowing us to uncover the roots of your struggles and explore what will best help you resolve your problems and get back to a more centered, balanced, and engaging life.
I regularly work with adults and teens struggling with anxiety, grief, depression, intrusive thoughts, the effects of trauma, and problematic substance use and process addictions. I have a passion for working with couples seeking to improve or repair their relationship. I also see children as young as 5 for play therapy (in person only).
I see clients that don't have or don't want to use insurance at Guiding Compass, either in-person or online. If you have an insurance I don't work with I can provide a statement to help with reimbursement. If you have Aetna, Cigna, or BC/BS insurance and would like to use it, I can see you only online via telehealth. Please contact me for details.
