I look to help those who feel overwhelmed with aspects of their life. I enjoy helping guide my clients through a lot of introspection and asking questions of my clients. I see my role as a therapist to, not provide solutions, but to help my clients come to their own solutions. I enjoy working with clients who are going through life changes (whether that is a death, moving, breakup, coming out, etc...). I enjoy in creating safe spaces for my clients to discuss any topic they wish.
I work with my clients in order to help them build their self-esteem through rationalization. I focus on the positives; attempting to help my clients build on the strengths that they already have.
I try to create a safe space for my clients to be who they want to be. I welcome clients of all backgrounds.
