Healing children and adolescents is the focus of my practice. I believe therapy is a collaborative process that helps kids grow and adapt to change. My practice focuses on aiding children in developing skills to adapt to change, process stressful life events, and increase functioning in daily life.
I provide services to children experiencing anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, adjustment disorders, and school-related stressors. All care I provide is trauma-informed. I have a Masters in Social Work, am clinically licensed, and have a trauma-informed practice certificate.
