By integrating deeper understanding of parts and needs, capacity for making choices aligning with your intuition increases. I most typically use EMDR and attachment-focused interventions to treat hurt, betrayal, complicated grief, PTSD, Complex PTSD, dissociation, and other symptoms of trauma.
