I work with adults to address anxiety, stress, trauma, grief, and life transitions. Together we ease communication, build confidence, and heal old wounds. With over 20 years of licensed counseling experience, I offer highly confidential in-person and telehealth sessions for individuals pulling from evidence-based methods in the context of an authentic personal connection. I will respect your time and help you make the most of therapy, using “best practices” tailored to your needs, helping you resolve and overcome problems as quickly and as effectively as possible.
