We are a group of dedicated Licensed Therapists and Wellness Facilitators. Our goal is to empower families, couples, adults, adolescents, and children to restore balance in their lives. At Draper Therapy and Wellness, we offer a variety of services for a well-rounded approach to help you live your healthiest and happiest life possible. We specialize in treating a variety of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, attachment disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, marital problems, LGBTQ issues, trauma, and other psychiatric disorders.
Our team provides a safe and supportive environment for our clients to work towards achieving their therapeutic goals. We are trained in many therapeutic modalities including CBT, DBT, EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. We also offer Yoga classes and Reiki sessions for a wholistic approach.
