I use a trauma-informed approach to create a safe environment for diverse experiences and worldviews. My specializations include clinical neurobiology, cognitive neuroscience, EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), play/art therapy, internal family systems (IFS), and mindfulness techniques.
