Issues may show up in broken relationships, increased alcohol use, or just feeling stuck. Sitting with a professional asset-finder, a.k.a. counselor, makes a difference. Sometimes we just need a voice outside of our own motivate our most amazing relationship and selves.
Our initial meetings involve building the chemistry and learning each other: the assessment phase. Together we will explore desired outcomes and create a path for celebration, entering treatment planning phase. Then comes the work: you will practice your skills. Our meetings will focus on what works and what we can improve.
