I provide a safe and warm space to help others heal, acquire, and maintain healthy relationships with themselves and others. I work with individuals, couples, and families to improve their communication, emotional intelligence, boundaries and roles with the people in their world.
I specialize in relationship repair and redesign, self-compassion and transitional issues. I am also a licensed clinical supervisor and offer supervision to LGPC's in the state of Maryland.
