Welcome! I’m Dr. Julie, an ADHD Specialist with ADHD. I provide ADHD services, including ADHD evaluation, ADHD diagnosis, ADHD therapy, and ADHD coaching for adults. My ‘Therapeutic ADHD Coaching’ Program is based on the latest neuroscience research as we'll as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which is the gold standard for ADHD treatment. In individual and group therapy, I help you develop effective ADHD strategies, habits and systems plus healthy ADHD psychology. Together, we’ll design a personalized ADHD plan to master a life that supports your unique brain. (For therapists: I also offer ADHD professional trainings).
I’ve created therapeutic curriculums, ADHD classes and ADHD talks for the public, schools, and therapists. I also offer free ADHD content in webinars, social media and blogs. My mission is to celebrate the ADHD brain, emphasizing our ADHD advantages while confidently navigating our best life in a world not built for ADHD. I live it. I learn it. I love it.
