I work with individuals who present a variety of issues including: anxiety, depression, family/relationship issues, transitioning to a new stage/phase of life, low self esteem, stress women’s issues. I enjoy working with individuals who want to explore why they are repeating patterns they do not enjoy or explore the reasons behind their anxiety, depression, stress, etc.
I believe therapy should be very practical, so I help patients get insights into how to improve their current and future relationships. I strongly believe in building trusting relationships that make clients feel safe and willing to explore how to be who they truly are. I provide individuals with tools to help them make progress towards these personal goals.
