As a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP) and a student of The Institute For Functional Medicine (IFM), Dr. Heather will be exploring the bi-directional nature of how our thoughts impact our bodies and how our metabolism, hormones, and behaviors impact our minds. Dr. Heather's wellness coaching practice is grounded in the latest research in neurobiology and metabolic and mental health. Science will guide the tools we co-create together. For Women's Health, Dr. Heather coaches women who encounter mental health struggles throughout puberty, adulthood, perimenopause and menopause.
Dr. Heather works with clients from the age of 16 through the adult years. Wellness For The Mind is ideal for adolescents, athletes, college students, and any adult wishing to get to the root of why they don't feel well or functional.
