The work focuses on revitalization, moving forward, and cultivating deep perspectives. An inner personality force--some call it soul--beckons us ever forward and ever deeper. Our work together helps uncover this innate soul's code. Transformational work can awaken "positive" emotions like reverence, awe, and compassion. With psychological work "what is" becomes a potent deepening agent leading to what still might be that is locked up deep within.
An ideal candidate for my work functions independently, is not violent, suicidal, in life-threatening crisis, invites deep reflection, and is after more than talk psychotherapy. My work involves meditation, breathing practices, inviting in the healing forces of nature through active time outdoors. This work is not crisis, trauma, or first response treatment.
