Holistic Behavioral Health is a Telehealth psychiatry practice. I chose this platform because it is convenient, flexible and provides greater access to mental health care. I partner with my clients to address their unique behavioral health challenges and lived experience. I promote development of healthy living strategies to manage present life stressors and heal past life trauma. A holistic approach integrates all aspects of health and integrates overall health status within the context lived experience. We live in a dynamic environment. Evaluations are comprehensive, and culture-sensitive. Treatment focus is child, adolescent and family. Issues include child mood disorders, ADHD, ASD, body image, self image/self esteem in adolescent girls, adult work- life balance, women issues including career and family, high risk pregnancy, postpartum depression, post traumatic stress; traumatic loss.
I understand and empathize with your emotional and psychological pain. I have practiced in most psychiatric settings. I was deployed to many disasters including NYC September 11th to care for survivors, first responders and families. I have helped parents accept the special needs of their children and I have manage disturbed children at home and in hospital.
