I work with adolescents and adults and use an integrative approach that incorporates psychodynamic psychotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness meditation approaches and cognitive-behavioral therapy. Our work together will help you develop compassion, resilience and the psychological flexibility needed to meet the challenges of life.
