| español I specialize in helping people improve their mental health by improving their most important "attachments" - their relationships! I believe that these two things are fundamentally connected, and that challenges like anxiety and depression often have their root in how we relate (or don’t relate) with other people in love, friendship, family, and professional life. So if you find yourself stuck in one of these areas and find yourself needing new tools, I might be able to help. I work in-person in downtown Santa Monica, CA, and over video, too. I don't work on weekends, but I do work in the evenings.
Since 2012, I've worked with individuals, couples, families, and professional groups (e.g. co-founders) to reduce stress and improve functioning by exploring and confronting challenges in how they connect with important people in their lives. I've completed Level 3 Gottman Method Couples Therapy training, as well as extensive Family Systems and ACT training.
As a clinician I take pride in my curiosity, my honesty, my empathy, and my commitment to making clients feel seen.
